I have 2 separate Xbox Live accounts linked to my EA account (so my wife and I can both access DLC like the cerberus network).
I am considering purchasing 2 copies of Mass Effect 3 so we can play co-op together, but I would like to know if we will have issues as a result of both of our profiles being linked this way.

Does anyone have any experience with this, perhaps from another EA multiplayer game? If so, how did the EA servers handle it?

I can't tell but if it does not work, why not create a new EA account for her Xbox Live as there as no other EA account linked DLC on the horizon.
