i read a bit of the endings and i like those type of endings where not everything has a happy end. it's war story and they really don't have complete happy outcomes

The best ending in reality does have a happy ending.

For those that simply wanted survival. Return to the status quo...lol.

yeah  i understand why other people like the happy ending where everyone lives and the reapers destroyed etc and that's fine. i'm just sick of those types of endings seen enough of them already.

-polite-

people are just ****ing about the endings because they want some overly idealistic, happy, sugar and rainbows ending.

This.

New game plus. Meaning that you get some bonuses for replaying the game with the same Shep. Like in ME1/2.

I'm pretty satisfied with the endings but I would have wanted an alternate rainbows and bunnies ending for my jerkass shep, just for the lulz.

In regards to the ending, that i kinda sort read as little as i could about. and I have to say, Im not displeased in the slightest myself. Anyways, back to what i was saying, the problem with a happy everybody wins ending choice, Is that becomes the only way to beat the game. simply put, those who don't get that ending feel like they failed, or lost the game. Take me2, most people have probably been sure to have a save around where everyone lives, because thats the "correct" and or canon ending. Heck, if people are mad and upset at the ending, its doing its job and tugging with peoples feelings, making people walk away thinking wow. i cant believe that, or did that just happen? rather then, WOOT i wonz the games!!!!!11!!!!!!11eleven.(alright maybeeee a tad over exaggerated. maybe.)

this man speaks the truth. The endings were pretty good actually. I liked them for the most part. The only thing I hate is the Normandy being morooned on a random planet without Shepard. Other than that it's gloriousB)

I'm happy there isn't a perfect happy ending. Or at least that's what I gather from the OP.

The endings seem to be good. However, some people just wanted a "true" happy ending and a totally sad one where the Reapers win. The problem is the lack of said options.

^ here is a great example of why bioware/ea are not fully to blame for anything people may claim they are. (alright not anything, but you know what i mean) before you call someone out on being money grabbers or overly greedy, remeber its the fan base and buyers that let it happen.

We thought Bioware had learnt from DA2 that shoving a horrible ending down our throats no matter what we did was a bad idea...we were wrong. As much as I hate unnecessary DLC, I would shell out $20-30 for an alternate ending DLC.

Thing is not about what Bioware learned. It is what about bioware costumers learned. Which is indeed nothing.
