A few weeks ago, I logged on my Bioware account for the first time in months.  I then noticed all of my screenshots-including the folder, were gone.  In
the game and on the Bioware site, it says that I have 28 files saved on the site though.  I know
I had a folder under albums for just dragon age screenshots.  Can
someone tell me how to recover it, or do I have to make a new one? (Edit: I made a new one).  I noticed just a minute ago that I can't manage my screenshots from my Player's Profile, "Manage Screenshots."  Even with my new album, it doesn't show anything.

Same with me.
My album is still there but the contents disappeared overnight.
Yesterday I still had my pics, today they are gone. Including my avatar.

Now I can see my missing screenshots plus the ones I added recently to my new folder, but I can't manage them from my pc player profile; and there's no other album other than my new one. I think I'll back up my albums more frequently. What was worse, was when my screenshots folder disappeared from my computer after I uninstalled the character creator demo.

The Dragon Age albums were removed from the user album pages. The images weren't deleted and you can still see them from your Dragon Age: Origins player profile pages.

Managing them is currently disabled while we sort some issues out with new hardware. This will likely be sorted out in a day or two.
