Not digging the whole "every deck is dark" thing, but I guess I can live with it if it's due to the ship being partway through a retrofit when Earth is attacked.

Could be part of the reason, the other being it's all Alliance decked out now, SR1 was same dark lighting..

Well, there are obvious reasons why feature her in comic books and novels. But in ME2 she had no role. Only in the Shadow Broker DLC, of course.

Yes but my point is that she has more plot armor than the main character even, Shepard dies and comes back and then can die again, Liara cant die no matter what you do, her plot armor is the thickest of any character regardless of her actual importance to the plot which was minimal in ME 2 as you said.

I really hope money is easy to come by on ME3. I know on ME2 to get all the upgrades for me and my team the budget was tight. Did you see how much some of those guns cost?! I saw 275,000! Biiiiig moneh. And now with all those upgrades $.$ We'll see.

Hijacking one of those robotic machines...sweet. Never even thought of that from the demo. Then again, I'm sure you can't pull that off in the demo. Actually, now I want to try.
