In Me3 we know there are 2 s/s options (sam and steve) and an o/s one with femshep-vega. Is there an o/s one for manshep (I mean with a new character)

There are likely more than two s/s options, and femShep-Vega isn't really a romance.
No, there isn't an o/s one for manShep unless you count Allers (or you re-romance the ME/ME2 LIs... you know, any of the six of them including Kelly).

Diana Allers is an option for MaleShep. I guess the best comparison so far probably is Kelly.
You can't start a new romance with the ME2 LIs (besides Kelly) in ME3. You can only continue them from ME2.ElitePinecone wrote...

not really sure but thre are new exclusive same/sex options and they are called sam and steve its not much of a spoiler we know next to nothing about them.

You can start a romance with the romance options from the first game (Liara and Kaidan/Ashley), and maybe with Tali and Garrus(I'm not sure).

Yeh I suppose we've had it pretty good over the series JAck,Miranda, Tali, Ash and Liara its amazing that d still want more and new and different lovers in ME3 lol
