It hasn't EVER worked for me. To clarify, I can hold shift and click/use the powers from there, and hitting the keys works just fine IF they're already assigned, but I can't drag/bind them to the hotkeys whatsoever.

I've restarted the game, restarted the computer, updated drivers, reset the key bindings to default, and none of that worked at all.

I'm starting to doubt that this is even the same kind of bug as that "switching characters in the lobby" one; it will happen even if I don't change character or even go into a single menu before/after quck-joining a match, or creating one of my own.

However, I did run into the issue where, at some random point, all but one of the powers for my female Vangaurd character just unbound themselves, thus making the class completely unplayable (yeah, level 1 shockwave is utterly useless).

Please help me out or reassure me here...

Agree with you, some chars seem to get permanently bugged up, I have a soldier with the same issue.

Except that ALL of my characters have this issue, and they always have.
