Nice list. Agree some, don't agree with others. Playstyle makes my difference. Anyway, something you (being people reading this thread) might find interesting is a bit about aiming, accuracy, recoil and muzzle climb with different weapons. After further testing, there is actually one full auto gun that makes it into the best weapons category, the N7 hurricane. With smg rail amp 3, armor piercing 3, and played on a human infiltrator with cryo blast, the gun performs very well even at level 1.

I would rate the Javelin a lot better. It already pierces through light cover, highlights enemies through smoke and cover and does high damage. The piercing mod and enhanced scope are no longer needed, meaning you can go ahead and use the spare ammo and high caliber barrel without missing out on anything.

In single player it is even better since the high damage means you can use concentration mod and ammo mod without sacrificing any functionality. Comparatively speaking, I would want to use the spare ammo, concentration and enhanced scope mods on the Widow and therefore have to sacrifice one of the mods. The Javelin on the other hand doesn't have to sacrifice anything.

I think people underestimate adrenaline rush, the valiant is amazing with it.

Also, no way is the crusader or the talon better than the Graal. Neither of them can one shot enemies all the way across the map. Graal is very close in worth to the Geth Plasma Shotty.

I don't quite understand why you rate the Paladin higher then the Carnifex. I don't think the difference in weight between them is worth the minor difference in damage, not to even mention the fact most people will probably have carnifex X before they even get Paladin II.

i dont agree with ur graal spike launcher why would a vanguard carry that heavy weapon when the need biotic recharge time as low as possible for biotic charge....fail

Have played both Crusader and Claymore on Human Infiltrator quite a bit - is the Crusader higher because of its accuracy? I've found that the Claymore fulfills the close range one-shot role better otherwise.

Edit: I'm an idiot, you have them both at 9, which I think is about right.

You can continue to charge this weapon while in animation for nova. You can even fire while in mid-nova animation, same with GPS.

Yea. A carnifex 10 is gonna be better then a paladin 1, but Im rating the weapons at equal levels, even though some guns are nearly impossible to level (ultra rares).

10 Geth Plasma Shotgun (Best Used By: Infiltrators)
on top.
It's very effective against shields and barriers (you can one-hit enemies even though they have shields, like Centurions or Nemesis). It has guided aim up to moderate distances so you don't have to go for the headshot. It is still considerably light (150% with Human Inf). With a charged shot + follow-up cloaked shot, it should kill almost anything, and you still have 2 shots left in the magazine (or even 1 shot + one charged shot). This is unrivaled DPS for a single clip.
There's really just one major weakness this weapon has: It's far less effective when you're not the host. Still, I don't see why it's weaker than the Black Widow.

But I didn't even mention that it's easier to get to GPS to X than the BW, because I was aware that it doesn't matter for your ranking. :)
I have a BW IV now, but even at X it would still be heavier than the GPS, and still require at least 2 shots for shielded enemies, even with the damage upgrade and special ammo. For the GPS on the other hand, if I'm not mistaken a single cloaked charged shot with rail upgrade III and warp/incendiary ammo III can kill a Phantom.

I moved falcon up to a 9.5. The damage isnt very good, but having 1 falcon user on the team makes runs go significantly smoother due to staggers. This stagger is particularly potent against cerberus phantoms and geth hunters. Human vanguard appears to be the best class for the falcon, because it can be used inbetween novas and charge, and can help set off tech explosions as well.

The Falcon is probably my favorite weapon. I want to throw pies at all the fools that hate on it. It's really the best gun at team protection and most PUG teams need protection.

Im gonna rate the new resurgance pack weapons, based completely on how effective similar weapons are in the game currently. These ratings could be way off but, its fun to guess.

Striker Assault Rifle: 8-9
Geth Plasma SMG: 5-6
Karshok Harpoon Gun: 8-9

I updated the ratings for high fire rate semi autos to be a spread, because if u can achieve their maximum fire rate (most likely through some rapid fire program) they can have very high dps. Some people also just click very fast, but I doubt clicking 8 times per second for 30 minutes per match is very good for your hand/wrist.

Bumped geth plasma shotgun to 10, this is the best overall gun in the game, only slightly edged out by a black widow on an infiltrator.

On an infiltrator it 1_HS_KO any non protected non boss on gold (cerb trooper, cannibal , geth trooper) and will 2_HS_KO the protected ones (centurion, nemesis, marauder, geth rocket trooper, hunter & pyro ) at level I ...


Same for the Valiant I...And Viper X (excepion on gold is Geth Pyro Shield for Viper X)

(BW X with extended barrel V & 20 ed from passives and consumable SR rail II) 

642.6 * 1.4 * (1 + 0.9 + 0.25 + 0.2 + 0.2) = 2 294.082 
 
This brings the weapon into noob friendly teritory (will kill with body shots on gold)  (including geth hunter)

I moved the viper from a 7.5 to an 8, this gun is really good in the hands of an infiltrator, its just completely overshadowed by the black widow and valiant

I moved the graal spike thrower down from an 8 to 7.5. This gun is good, but not great and completely outclassed by geth plasma.

Agreed with GPS X being moved up. I started using it recently on Salarian Engineer, and it is absolutely insane weapon. I also think Valiant is very slightly better than Black Widow, though Black Widow is much more fun to use imho.

I also moved the Saber down from an 8 to a 7.5. This gun is good, but it seems too reliant on getting headshots to put out good damage and for its weight is not especially impressive.

Disagreed, on account of being able to headshot with the Graal, and not consuming double ammo on a charged shot. This is, of course, under the caveat that you host your own games, and are able to lead your shots reliably. Or if not, then have a power with a super-short cooldown that you can post enemies up with for a headshot. (Concussion Shot, non-Neural Shock Overload, etc.)

I agree with that top 5. I wouldn't use anything other than those except carnifex/scorpion when I want 200%.

Its true that you can headshot with graal, but the ammo count is only 3. I havent seen the gun used very impressively yet, enough to warrant a rating over 7.5.
