1. What happens to Jowen after you decided to turn him in to the Circle of Magi? Will a new Chantry quest pops up associated with this?

2. Can't  find the love letter in Eamon's estate. Probably in one of the locked chests - one inside the Anora's bedroom , one inside Eamon's.

3. Can't finish the last Mage's Collectives quest. I found agent with exclamation mark in Redcliffe Village but unable to initiate the proper dialogue.

4. I only got D's last quests but not K's in "Favor for Certain Interested Parties". I thought you have chance to choose.
