Here's a 30-sec video of the problem.

Anderson and Shepard disappear for one frame when the camera jumps to a new angle.  This doesn't happen every time the camera moves, only in certain scenes as the video shows.

I think it's a video card problem.  It's a nvidia 9800 GTX+, never oced.

Anybody seen anything like this?  So jarring.
