i played about an hour or two as a rogue and i love it , it really keeps me on my toes then the other classes but im restarting that character right now cause it was just a test character to see if i liked the rogue but now i don't know which race is the best as a rogue is the Human Noble a good rogue or would the Dalish Or the City Elf be a good Rogue?
i don't really care for the dwafs maybe my next playthough i'll play as one

Well Elves get +2 magic (which is a waste) and +2 willpower (nice but not essential) as a starting race attribute bonus. The human one is better with +1 strength, +1 dexterity, +1 magic and +1 cunning.
That said, the elf origins do provide a rogue with better equipment - the Keeper's Ring from Dalish origin gives you the +1 dex, while the City Elf gives you access to Fencer's Cinch and Adaia's Boots, which are handy, plus lets you get Fang later in the game.
All in all there's really not much in it really. I never thought rogue-ing, with it's stealing and lockpicking, really suited a noble origin from an RP perspective if that means anything to you...?
