I can't seem to get modifier keys to work with keybinds.

In ME2, I can hold a modifier key such as shift or alt, and press a key to create a two-key-press keybind.  This let me map all 8 hotkeys to just 4 keys, four of them using a modifier.

When I try this in ME3 it just ignores all modifier keys.  Will this be returning in the full ME3 game?

I really hope modifier keys are supported.

Then again, I'd personally love some reassurance that I will actually be able to map powers AT ALL in the final release (I haven't ever had it work, even from Day 1).
