Hello guys, help out a noob!

I have recently activated my Cerberus Network account, it was during the downtime.... sometime around the 4th of February, I believe. Due to the network being offline, and also because I had to finish ME1 so I could import my save, I shelved the downloading of bonus goodies.

I finished ME1 and decided to start up ME2 and download all free goodies, but although they apear in the cerberus network's DLC list, when I try to download them I get an error, that states tha there is no available content (this error appears in the console's menu). 

Does anyone know why this happens, am I doing something wrong?

Can only suggest that you try again. With ME3 imminent and ME2 having some news floating about the servers may be available again.

It would also depend how you redeemed your code as to what options are available to you as well.

No joy, had a lovely chat with EA support yesterday (not sure if bot or real person), situation has been escalated to a higher level......and ME3 is days away...I'll probably do the main game halfway and then pump in the DLC.....
