Hi, I bought my ME 3 SE recently just before I discovered Deluxe comes with N7 Arsenal pack. I really like those designs so can I ask bioware  if they will release the pack as a separate DLC? I'm sure there are people who could'nt buy CE or DE and want to get the pack as well..

Or could I get  a refund to buy DE instead?

Depends what platform you playin on?
If your on PC you can just upgrade the preorder by going DDE and canceling the SE. If your on console however, I doubt it.

You never know with developers and publishers. Batman Arkham City had Robin DLC released weeks after its launch and it was a Bestbuy Exclusive (I think), and they also released costumes for Batman and one was a Pre-order exclusive for Powerup Reward Members at Gamestop.

Gears of War 3 didn't follow a similar route, instead, the coupled the Pre-Order Store exclusive Characters as new characters in there DLC installments and changed up their appearance (different color basically) and dubbed them "limited". Also the Liquid Green Weapon skin was a Jack in the Box Exclusive, but was released later as DLC.

What I'm trying to say, is that it can happen and has happened for, it mainly depends on Electronic Arts and how hard Bioware fights to make it happen. Granted for the Xbox 360 they haven't released Collectors Armor, or Terminus armor (with their respective guns) as DLC for Mass Effect 2, but I still have a little hope for Mass Effect 3 and the N7 Arsenal Pack.

At this N7 Arsenal pack should stay exclusive to Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition and N7 Digital Deluxe Edition, in a year maybe they should put it out as a DLC

The point of a CE is to be exclusive.
If they sell all the extra stuff seperately, it simply won't be exclusive.

the CE weapons will prob stay exclusive but the pre order stuff could go into a DLC (aka what ME2 did with some of it's pre order items)

Honestly, I'm getting the CE and I tthink that a lot of it should be available as DLC at least at a later date. Stuff that should be in N7 edition is stuff like the art book, the lithograph, the tin case. Stuff in game should at least be available to those who didnt preorder. People want the complete game and shouldnt have to miss out on parts just because they didnt get the CE

So for the DDE, what would be left? I can download the litho and artbook via google, and the weapons DLCs can be purchased later. So I get a robotic dog and an ingame hoodie for getting the CE?

How is it greedy? If I am buying a COLLECTOR's edition, I want stuff I can COLLECT. AKA limited edition not available anywhere else.

Add a cool tin case to Shepard's cabin that you can interact with by opening and closing!

That's what physical stuff is for. The in-game items are not exclusive as they are part of the digital deluxe edition too, not only the collector's. So I see no reason not to make it into dlc, which is basically an optional upgrade from normal edition to deluxe edition.

I'm getting the Collector's Edition and I couldn't care less if it's DLC or not. I want the art book and neat case, not some dinky little ingame guns and armor.

Quit being greedy. Everybody should be allowed to get the DLC if they're willing to pay for it.

I can only imagine the bsn rage that would insue if they released the N7 weapons as dlc...the trolls would be crying that it should have been included in the game for free rather than saying sweet CE content for me
