Approach for a permanent change:
Check all resources in, make a full back up of your database, restore this backup version on the other computer
To share with others have a look at the builder to builder export possibility as well (I have just no Toolset access.)

Try first the builder to builder export and import. Seems there is no need for the first way and if you have already to ask...there is too much to consider. (Username, Name of the instance, I even don´t know if you have installed the SQL Manager). No, no, let´s avoid potential hurdles. Stay to the B2B way.
