Particularly worrying is the "Game will refund you via in-store credit" line. Because people totally trust them to accept that now.

I have ordered a collectors edition - and put down a deposit on it - where can I get a PS3 collectors edition with the preorder incentives offered by GAME

At this time we're unable to make further comment - The retailers listed on the site will all ship the N7 Collectors Edition. Check back on the site later on for more information on which retailers will be offering the N7 Warfare pack.

I understand my response isn't the most ideal right now, when we're able to say more we will.

im sure once they have something to post they will. or maybe they are giving fans a chance to calm down first, theres alot of angry people, sometimes when people are angry they chew out anyone in their way

/Quoted for truth... the BSN isnt the nicest or safest place to be around when things go wrong like this.. on a side note it is nice to see people helping each other acquire copies of the game!

I'd like to assure you that everyone who can help in this situation is indeed working on it. It's become clear to us now that we wont have a list of confirmed retailers who will carry the N7 Warfare pack until tomorrow. As soon as we do we'll communicate it. 

We're doing everything in our power to address this as soon as possible.

Just to confirm, EA have updated their page here.

At the time of me writing this, customers who have pre-ordered through the retailers mentioned below WILL receive the N7 Warfare pack.

This list may be expanded on throughout the day as this is worked on.

To alleviate some confusion and concerns occurring: I've had confirmation that if you've pre-ordered a Collector’s Edition from Zavvi.com, Play.com and ShopTo.net then you will receive the N7 Warfare pack. This entitlement is not only for Standard Edition pre-orders.

We'll be able to confirm details on other retailers tomorrow.

While you are here... could you please shed some light on "HMV & HMV.COM" situation... they were listing "Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition" as pre-order option but were not listed on EA site!?

I'll look into why they aren't currently listed on the site. They are, however, taking pre-orders so I imagine we just need to update the page.

There appears to be a lot of confusion over this.  Is it at all possible that the N7 Warfare Gear code actually has the N7 Warfare Gear + M55 Argus, hence all the confusion?

Correct, the N7 Warfare Gear INCLUDES the M55 Argus. There's some confusion out there regarding the wording, I'll try to have that cleared up.

But for now: If you're eligible for the N7 Warfare Gear you automatically will obtain the M55 Argus.

Yes, they are only giving out this one,they are apparently not supplying the Argus.

The Argus is included in the N7 Warfare Pack.
