"Been speaking to the boss at Shopto this afternoon.

Rather than making a statement with incorrect info, Shopto are finalising with EA the exact details and should have concluded this discussion within the hour.

Shopto will make an official announcement, but if I get the details ahead of that time, will post here as well."

If you get the confirmation email from Play.com about your pre-order, you're pretty much safe.

I was simply glad to be able to secure a pre-order for the Collector's Edition -- I could care less about some DLC that will undoubtedly be available for--what, 340 MS points (or currency for whichever platform you're playing on), give or take--some time in the future, and may or may not be included with the pre-order I placed at one of the outlets that made it available yesterday.

The Warfare DLC, after all, wasn't the determining factor for me... and surely it wasn't for a lot of you. It just seems like we're getting caught up in the frenzy of having to re-secure a pre-order, which was a priority, and then once that was done, finding something else to worry over.

Amazon is pretty good on shipping times and the price was better. Why risk losing a pre-order or taking up a pre-order somewhere else when someone else could have it that wants it?

All of you guys who have managed to secure a CE, I'm glad for you and am happy if I helped even one of you get it. If you have ordered the CE on the PC, I hope to see you all online. Add me if you can as I have practically no co-op buddies (because despite studying an IT course all but one of my friends think console gaming is equal or superior to PC gaming)

Yeah I've actually offered it up to a mate who also lost his order with Game as he is not a member here and is unaware of the allocations passing to these other stores.

Oh quick question. I got the play version for the PC. The only think missing from the package is the AT something shotgun right??

That just confirms the standard edition gets it which we already knew, since shopto have been advertising it.

Only thing missing is the AT-12 Raider Shotgun which is Origin exclusive anyway, so it's the only way to get it.
