Nintendo has stopped supplying certain titles to Game, Mario 9, Last Story to be the main recent ones its unlikely atm that Game will turn this around.

After the last hassle I just had I am just going to stick with my digital version. I won't risk losing everything chasing after this. But thank you for the information. I wish you all luck.

I'm pretty sure you can't redeem them for cash, I dunno for certain though.

I've had them in the past, WHSmith and Waterstones. You usually end up getting something u don't really want to be shut of it.

I currently have two 360 CE on order from two retailers. Was just going to delete my second order but will prob do the good thing and stick it on eBay for what I paid plus postage. At least that way I know I have two CE on the way so I'm guaranteed at least one for launch day. Drop me a PM if you want me to let you know when it's gone up, I'd rather know it was going to a fellow UK BioWare fanatic on here.

Keep in mind I can't post until I get it, so you would get it Saturday earliest / early next week the latest.

Yeah... they're just the employees - likely victims of this financial mess themselves - and they'd be the ones getting all the abuse.

I'm not opposed to you selling it on eBay at all, buying more than one copy of something thats clearly worth more than £70 to someone is just good sense.... but don't convince yourself that you're a good person for doing it. The good thing would be to cancel now so someone else can get it on release day.

yeah its a shame but thats the way it is, its always the face to face staff that get it in the neck when something goes wrong at the top. They cant do anything but say sorry heres £5 though cos thats the company line. Though ive never agreed with the strict customer service guidelines since there normally so rigid its even more annoying just to get something done.

Just pre-ordered N7 CE from HMV, but I haven't got anything back from them yet, I've got my receipt, but as far as I know, that isn't worth **** until I get my confirmation e-mail.

Still intending to get one with the N7 warfare package, someone keep me posted when one shows up please.

theres no real confirmation that a cancelled order gets back into the pool though with the amount of hoverers I guess you just never see it before there snapped up

Got mine in store, and got the manager to clarify to ensure it was right. Got my receipt so verything is good. Gonna pick it up on Friday morning! Had a **** about GAME as well, which was fun!

I feel doubly sorry for the poor peons at Gamestation/GAME. Not only will they get a lot of flak from this debacle, but they were at work too when the news was released so bang go their reserved copies too...wonder if they managed to get them? *evil chuckle*

Dangit... got in on this too late to order from a retailer with the N7 Warfare Pack DLC, still managed to order from HMV... fingers crossed THEY manage my order.

BioWare, if at all possible please try and arrange it so all the remaining UK retailers including HMV get the N7 Warfare DLC. Given all this chaos going on only the lucky few in the UK will be able to actually get it now if the present situation holds.

i think small to medium sized companies will do better now that the over powerful Game has started to keel over. Great for competitive pricing and the consumer as a whole. As has been drummed into us for years Choice is good no?

My friends who work at game are job hunting as we speak. That or waiting for reduncy pay. They got their copies off Amazon while they were on break. One of them actually rang me whilst on duty to let me know what was going on. No problem with the staff there, just the company.

I've always been loyal to Game. Always used them online for pre-orders. I didn't jump ship a month ago when concernes were raised as I figured if everyone did that they would go down. How do I feel now eh.

Game's management/owners needed to change big time. Maybe they will get lucky and get bought out and brought back to life. Or maybe they will just die. I'm not looking forward to the price hikes across the board as some competition goes bust. Not a good thing for the industry either if the biggest chain of games goes away.

So just to clarify. I pre-ordered the CE from Amazon yesterday. Am I or am I not goingt o get the Pre-order DLC? Is it a definite no or just a probably not, but there's still a chance?

I have messaged them enquiring, but I doubt I'll get a response till tomorrow.
