yesh it does suck to loose a order this close to release, i was thinking of branching out my store to like 3 places that do not have gamestop or a wall mart that's like not 45 miles away from other cities my business has been okay and steady but even in this economy there are things that can happen see the game problem, with debtors they run the risk of trying to come up ahead with overhead cost cutting{ i.e} rent,utilities pay the employees business taxes and what not etc.. if game been having problems meeting there commitments then you can see that the issue be came lot more then they could have forecast.Captain Crash wrote...

if i planned on selling and received my copies of the game that i ordered for my customers after i paid ea for the order that they shipped me.. that ends there exclusive are what you say money to ea but the thing is once you paid for the exclusive there nothing EA can do about a seller that goes belly up.
Indeed, maybe im being a bit harsh. I mean four other retailers now are stocking it in next to no time, so its clear that they made alternative arrangements quickly.
Still this is a fustration I didnt want to have a week before release.
As for that email above. Great their are telling you if you ask. However my order is still listed as pending and my email box empty. If it wasnt for this thread, I would still be thinking my order was on its way as planned.

I don't think so, I've heard it's a company-wide "crisis", so it should affect all Game retailers, I'm heading to my Game retailer in a few hours to clarify this anyway.
