The Amazon site says that the new offer replaced the original Argus offer, so does the Warfare pack come with the M-55 as the Preorder FAQ says that the M-55 is"a channel wide offer and available to everyone who pre-orders".

While you are here... could you please shed some light on "HMV & HMV.COM" situation... they were listing "Mass Effect 3 Collectors Edition" as pre-order option but were not listed on EA site!?

Just got the shopto email about sending on wednesday. Getting excited now . As for the play.com discussion on delivery times I have personally had very bad experience with them. Pre-ordered RUSE with them and it arrived 2-3 weeks late after release.

There appears to be a lot of confusion over this.  Is it at all possible that the N7 Warfare Gear code actually has the N7 Warfare Gear + M55 Argus, hence all the confusion?

i've never had anything that late from play.com, 2 or 3 days late, but i dont mind late is better than not at all to me, and their customer service has always been good with me, hope that helps with those who are unsure of play

Thank you, this interests me as well. If you can somehow arrange for them to have the N7 Warfare Gear as well like Amazon and apparently Sainsbury's have today that'd be neat too.

Awesome news, now i can use my points for whatever DLC is gonna be release next for ME3

You know i've never had a problem with Amazon (live in the North West) any pre-order has always come on the day or release, only reason I tended to go with Game other than exclusives was because I always got it the day before. I wouldn't  panic whoever you've gone with I'm pretty sure these companies will be doing their damnedest to make sure no more screw ups, they don't want the bad press either.

Glad to hear that you folks that pre-ordered with Amazon get it now too. Either way, they were too slow off the mark for me so Play is getting my money instead - as long as I actually receive the game I'm happy anyhow.

Game and Gamestation arn't selling Mass Effect 3 (CE or Standard) and other future EA titles plus some others from Nintendo starting today. You can still buy it at other stores like.

Correct, the N7 Warfare Gear INCLUDES the M55 Argus. There's some confusion out there regarding the wording, I'll try to have that cleared up.

But for now: If you're eligible for the N7 Warfare Gear you automatically will obtain the M55 Argus.
