To be honest I'd rely on info from BioWare. Retailers like S'brys may have a lot of miscommunication and crossed wires about this whole thing as information was released in stages.

As it stands, I've decided to keep both pre-orders from Zavvi and Amazon. I'm going to give one of the N7 editions to my sister. I hope one of us will get it. >.>

GUYS. The m-55 comes with the game with every single preorder. If you've preordered it, you'll get your hands on it!
It isn't part of the N7 warfare pack.

Also, don't see the point in spending the extra money on the CE. The defender armour is the coolest DLC in my opinion

Xbox - As soon as they announced the N7 Gear yesterday.

Just ordered a Standard with ShopTo, it's being processed and I get a free T-Shirt, plus I know I can trust them implicitly! Just going to keep my hype up for the game and buy From Ashes at launch - forget the N7 Edition exists, maybe grab Metal Gear 3D instead of paying the extra 30 quid.

Play said that to me on three occasions in regards to the DA2 Signature Edition.   They failed badly!

Dont trust a thing Play say.   Thats why I also did an order with Amazon because I expected something like this unfortunately. I feel really bad for JaHawk and hope its isolated to a few cases and not wide spread

Thanks. I'll be rather upset if mine ends up cancelled... especially as I had a pre-order with Amazon that I stupidly cancelled earlier today should have stuck with them. Really sorry to hear yours was cancelled.

Now I'm going to be refreshing the Play outstanding orders screen every few minutes... ugh.

You know, if EA cared about its customers it would have just given all CE dlc to the purchasers of the standard edition in the UK as an act of good will to remediate this situation they've created. Instead, people like me who've had an order in for months, but don't camp the forums are now left high and dry with no way to get the ce and its associated dlc.

Bioware have gone downhill since EA involvement. Now its all dlc dlc dlc, and press gang attempts into origin. Well I'm not having it and I'm not buying a rip off digital deluxe edition for 5 pound discount over the retail version I've been denied.

Way to go alienating the people who actually pay for games.

This was a golden opportunity to turn a tough situation into a PR victory and earn some gratitude from your customers, but instead you've earned contempt.

Whine at EA like that on their customer support area and they'll give you a further 15% off. No joke, asking why they didn't show HMV on their update area got me 15% off one item on origin and I'm never going to use it anyway, since I have no gaming computer. They could have just given me the pre-order DLC and I'd have walked away a happy chap, but instead they gave me a PC only online service discount, when even in the help area I mentioned I only have an Xbox for gaming...

Phew. Many thanks for clearing that up, only just finished reading the Amazon page that says its no longer providing the Argus and its very confusing. I was about to cancel my order with them as they are the only one with this confusing wording (Play on the other hand just say you get the whole lot including the Argus).

Have had enough stress getting a copy of ME3 already, dont want more, hehe  (yes I was a GAME customer, lucky me).

Having had the N7 collectors edition of pre-order for the longest time it is a great disappointment that I will not be getting it through no fault of my own. When I first saw the cancellation I could have died right there, then I tried to order one on sainsbury's only to get another cancellation message from them the day after.

I contacted EA to say is there anyway in which I could get a copy as I assume all those that had been allocated to Game must be somewhere, but I just got a reply saying they can't help me because I had my order with a third party supplier.

EA have shown poor form in all of this.

Up to this week I was in the camp of no more CEs to be made, people had the chance for months to get it sorted. Now I wouldn't mind seeing a few more produced and distributed, ease my concerns in case stuff falls through and I get nothing.

Wish I stuck with shopto now, what they charged my card is now only available to be used on their site. Asked if could reapply my pre-order as was cancelled after they made the product unavailable, unlikely I know but make me more stable.

I'm not cancelling my order with Play.com until Amazon explicitly acknowledges that the M55 Argus assault rifle comes with a pre-order from them - I know what Bioware says, but I want Amazon to acknowledge it too - if they're not aware that it comes standard with all pre-orders, then clearly things are still a shamble, so I'm staying safe by keeping both pre-orders for now.

please don't be an idiot

Bioware have explicitly stated that the warfare pack contains the Argus - so when you input your redemption code they will all be downloaded at the same time - you won't get two codes. Amazon won't be able to confirm this will they? All amazon will be able to confirm is that they are not sending you two codes - you don't need two codes.

Do the decent thing and try and shift one of your preorders directly onto one of the forum members in desperate need of a copy.
