Sorry not an email, but a phone call.  But the email isnt as assertive compared to the above reassurance.

Actually, they didn't even do me the courtesy of an email. Just went to check my account and there it was, cancelled.

Did you contact them? did you ask tem why they cancelled it? they should give you a reason... 

I feel for you man.. bad luck:( did you manage to secure it else where?

Emailed them yesterday, haven't received a reply yet. Didn't secure it elsewhere, no - ordered a Standard Edition with T-Shirt & DLC from ShopTo, at least that way I can definitely play the game on release day.

Don't bother with email! Call them, make sure you have your order number (should still be there even if it's cancelled). Trust me, they feel more pressed on the phone.

So now every big retailer has the n7 pack, what was the point again with the exlcusive DLC for different retailers? Don't get me wrong, I love it! I want that everyone gets the same game-experience ; all this preorder-lunacy has to stop. Where do I order? What do I get for it? Oh no, I have to hurry now, oh damn I missed it, etc. Wasting hours of my life for this s***t? I just want to play the game, as complete as possible, without hassle. I'm considering to cancel my CE from HMV (don't worry, I'll let you know haha)...may I'll just get the SE. Would be the first time, because I love Mass Effect. But with part 1, I just ordered the CE 1 month after release, as it was still available. Now everything is just getting crazy (and I am aware of the augmenting success of the series and I am glad for Bioware).

ThatGameShop apparently has LIMITED PC and PS3 CE copies available. At last update they had 1 Xbox, 3 PS3 and 2 PC copies left. The xbox one has gone, but the PS3 and PC is still listed.

They are listed on EA's site (though not as a CE supplier).

Not me.  It's still in the "pre-orders" bit (whatever happened to calling them "advance orders"?  "Pre-order" sounds silly) in spite of it having already been paid for.  Should I start worrying again...?

I think everything is fine. Mine is still there too with no processing information, and I haven't paid yet (not doing so until I have to).

Recent credit problems with Game. They only recently had talks with publishers to try and work something out. EA wouldn't go for it and here we are.

They recently added it 

The M55 Argus rifle is included in the N7 Warfare Gear. Confirmed by Tully Ackland of BioWare.

Hope that's still the case, but from what i'm seeing, we'll get the N7 Valkyrie and the N7 Defender Armour

Well they're call centres are open on saturdays so if the email doesn't sort it you can still call them today. And I'm always happy too.

Why is everyone so excited about this Warefare gear?

It's not necessarily that, it's just that some people had these ordered months ago from Game and it was included. They just want to get what they originally ordered and not end up missing out on items because of Game's craptastic financial skills.

Since all of Game's stock was allocated to a number of different retailers no one knew who was getting what.

People so fast to cancel pre-orders based on bonuses being listed. Anyone who uses amazon regular should know they slow as hell for updating this stuff.
