Mine's said that since I've ordered it, what did yours originally say before it changed?

Also HMV aren't known for updating there status' very promptly. In the past people have received e-mails from them confirming their items have been posted and it's still stated "Item pre-ordered - not yet issued by supplier".

Initially it said "Awaiting stock allocation", then within an hour or so it was "Order not yet processed".

I took that to mean I hadn't been allocated a copy, and then when it changed I interpreted that as I had been allocated a copy, and they were just waiting to send it out.

Not sure what to make of this one, as it implies that HMV haven't actually GOT the stock, which makes me nervous.

Yup, I'm a bit worried about this too. I'm watching other websites right now to see if they allow it for sale again like Sainsbury's did twice yesterday... damnit I wish I got in there lol, especially now that they get GAME's DLC. I just didn't like the fact they supposedly take the money straight away.

Some guy on Amazon rang them (HMV) and this is what they had to say to him:

"the N7 edition will be sold by us but, we still don't know how meny[sic] copies we are allowed to sell. due to this reason we will not offer more N7 edition's untill we have confirmation from EA. we decided we had no choice but to remove any remaining stock this morning untill further confirmation from EA."

That says to me there really is no guarantees those of us who ordered with them will get a copy because they just ain't got no damn clue the amount of stock they'll get and eventually it'll just turn into a lottery and alot of people will have there orders cancelled.

So in short no good news, really.

Due to the helpfulness of fellow forum members on this thread, I managed to snag one of the last PC CE on the net from Grainger Games. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to come with any special pre-order codes, but hey, i count myself lucky to have (hopefully) secured one. Good luck to all still looking, it seems like quite a few are holding on to multiple pre-orders until the last second, so keep trying - that extra stock will trickle out soon.

Christ the tension is killing me... Blockbuster confirmed my pre-order for the CE over the phone so I'm more confident now. But I wont relax until its here next to my ME1 ce and ME2 ce. Its just shouldnt be like this, the release of one of the biggest and best franchises marred by business issues and poor production quantity, us long term fans have been really badly let down this time. I'm painfully aware that the only reason Im getting a CE is because of the dilligence and community spirit of the members of this forum. I hate this whole competetive pre-order/DLC culture its ruining my appreciation for one of my favorite past times. The release of a game is something to look forward to. It shouldnt cause stress and misery for its fans...

No. Amazon usually takes its time. I wouldn't expect anything before tuesday (earliest) maybe even Wednesday.

Ok, now I'm confused. I just received this email from Sainsbury's customer service :S

"Thank you for your email about Mass Effect .

We work hard to provide
excellent service for all our customers. We are working hard in securing your
game with our suppliers and to finalise if an extra is also included. We will be
in touch on Monday"

I'm a tad concerned. My order doesn't exactly look 100% secure yet.

I guess I'll find out what's what on Monday. :worriedface:

yeah i had same response from sainsburys when i inquired aout pre order dlc.. also concerned now

HMV stores nationwide will (hopefully) be receiving their ME3:N7 C.E. allocations (along with the promotional give-aways) on Wednesday. (call to confirm!)

If you have reserved the N7 Collectors Edition, and your name is in the system, they'll be sold on a first come first served basis.

9am Sharp. Be there.
Save yourself any disappointment.

Just a friendly heads-up.
