well I disagree there
there were X amount of CE edition made and X amount of Xbox ones were sold - unless online retailers have to take proof of original order before letting you place a new one, some people that had an order secured for many months are now going to miss out.
EA should be protecting these customers - give game the credit they need for JUST the collectors edition.... how can GAME not afford to pay it? The CE have all been PRE ordered.... they will be gone within 24 hours
You're being ridiculous. That is a major risk for any business and you are not fully understanding how it works. EA won't instantly make their credit back due to game sales it doesn't work that way.
They aren't going to give a company something when that company doesn't have stable finances and is asking people to take huge risks financially.
But i guess some people want to blame EA for EVERYTHING.
Um, there's this business term call due diligence.
If EA had done theirs before signing away exclusive rights, the consumer wouldn't of been forced into this mess.
This really is a case of closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
Not being funny, but the CE exclusivity was announced in the middle of last year.... GAME, like all other retailers, didn't have to put the money down then, and until it's credit assurance was cancelled there was no requirement for EA to reconsider its position.
