I know, I had problems with the Mass Effect 2 collectors edition.  Right on the day the money was coming out, my bank screwed up and left me short, so my order was cancelled.  Ended up having to pay twice the amount on ebay. 

The moment this happened, I was like "oh **** no!  Not this time!"
