my CE shipped this morning from amazon uk:O first class delivery

Don't email Amazon! The customer support is useless and don't know anything. I think most of them are in India and just go on on screen information which lists it as out of stock because it is on the website. They sold out of pre orders.

Just be patient. Amazon tend to take their time but they rarely if ever let people down.

ok cool thanks yh im just a bit  worried seen as they were sold out for so long and then when i went on their site yesterday out of desperation there was a single copy available i must of picked up a cancelation i kinda feel lucky but then again seen as my jully preorder from game was canceled i will feel justified if i get this one

There are copies becoming available at some stores due to people canceling pre orders since they decided to panic buy and just pre ordered a copy at every single shop taking up pre orders. When things settled down they started canceling and keeping the one from their prefered retailer.

Re: Play.com, I wouldn't be worried, according to Internet Banking I have not been charged yet either.

I know Play tend to authorize the payment while processing a pre-order (at which point it might show up on the bill for some people, but not others) but not actually take payment until just before dispatch.

It just isn't realistic to expect GAME to come out of this. No EA games, No Ubi games, No Nintendo games? Seriously? What exactly do they think they're going to do, become the specialist game retailer that only sells half the stuff available from competitors?

Play just charged my credit card for the CE. For those who have ordered from Play, check your credit card/bank account statement. if you've been charged then your order is on the way.

They actually took payment for mine yesturday afternoon my balance and available balance say its gone from my account. it said the same yesturday so they already had my money for what  2 days now.

yh i orederd yesterday originaly with free super saver but i changed it to first class later on in the day i have a feeling this is going to be game all over again for me

hmmmm yeah not being filled with confidence...   

But I did have a strong feeling Play may mess it up like before so thats why I ordered from Amazon as well.  But nothing is happening there either...

But tomorrow is shipping day, so hopefully things work out

OMG.....   I just managed to find my original Mass Effect 1-2 Save games now i have all of my original choices and discoveries to carry over!!
Buried in a file called Windows.old.0000

This morning GAME pulled Street Fighter vs. Tekken from it's preorder list as well. The £5 deposit I had for ME3, which was then transferred to SF vs. Tekken, has now become £15 thanks to two lots of £5 "goodwill" monies. You actuall only need a ME2 save, infact you can't import from a ME1 save at all.  All ME1 choices are also stored in a ME2 save, assuming you imported them in the first place.

That reminds me, must go and make sure mine are still saved

Game chicken does sound fun, if only there were things I wanted to buy from them:crying:.  I can't even find something to spend my £5 voucher on.  I'd prefer somet they have to ship, so it cost em money.  At this rate it will be PS points for a friend.

If evreryone who has a voucher and reqard points spent them al,l we would probably sink GAME anyway:devil:
