Starting to wish I didn't order from Play. I thought I got in there pretty fast too, minutes after receiving the email from Game. Knowing my luck and to top of a **** week it'll get lost in the post lol

sent play.com a stroppy email.. if the game dont get sent out today, then surely we will not get it by Friday... this is getting annoying.

YES!! Tesco have dispatched mine about half hour ago so should be here for release day. I might even get lucky and get it tomorrow  :o

i think play are just slow on the uptake when sending email confirmations, i think if your order is being processed that means payment has been taken therefore despatch in theory would be within 24 from that. since my order has been processing since Monday i'm gonna guess that they've despatched it but haven't notified me yet because they're rubbish about stuff like that.

I already wish I didn't order it from Play. Still processing, probably won't get it until Monday now. Shame aswell as I've been stuck in bed with :sick:stomach flu, would've enjoyed playing it without the distractions of work, college and :lol:my gf, all of which will no doubt consume all my time next week when I'm better:mellow:.

HMV dispatched today! Hurrah!

They also just replied to the email I sent them on friday asking about my order status. Yes, very helpful now that you've already sent out the dispatch notice. Whatever, so long as this game arrives with me I forgive them for all their previous rubbishness.

That probably means they've dispatched or are preparing to dispatch it but system hasn't updated as you lose the option to cancel then.

Shopto dispatched my CE at 9am. But amazon haven't even sent my guide yet.... Supposed to dispatched today...

Let's hope they send the games and guides ASAP

Plays just dispatched mine, or at least the status is now dispatched. This is such a relief after last weeks fiasco, now let's hope it's not a repeat of assassins creed brotherhood where play sent me the wrong format

i sent play.com an email to stating how unamuzed i am at my order still saying processing for 3 days now, and that the whole idea of pre ordering is to get the game in time not later *so much for me trying not to get stressed out, thanx doc no chance of me avoiding stress* awesome job play

I stopped with Play after the Dragon Age 2 ordeal.  Their customer service was poor and prior to that my last couple of games were late.  This happening now doesnt suprise me one bit.

Unfortunately when only a few retailers are stocking the CE you cant afford to be picky

dont you think that's a little bit out of line? I mean... you having a go at them for not getting you the game before release day.... before the release day has even come!
