Come on, Play.

Play has let me down a few times with late arrival,glad I went with Zavvi(been despatched my CE version).

End of the day its not Friday yet so you can still get it on time,hope you do  .

I think it's a little early to be panicking. I've had shipping notices in the evening, only to find it turn up the next day. They're shipping thousands of copies out, not just the CE but the regular edition as well, plus thousands of non-ME3 orders. It's going to take a while for all those emails to send out, just like it took a while for Game to get all of their cancellation emails out.

i think play are just slow on the uptake when sending email confirmations, i think if your order is being processed that means payment has been taken therefore despatch in theory would be within 24 from that. since my order has been processing since Monday i'm gonna guess that they've despatched it but haven't notified me yet because they're rubbish about stuff like that.

I thought that when they took my Payment on Monday Afternoon Sadly tho they Agreed not to Dispatch till today. So the Still processing has been more of a holding pattern till today.

I think people should be little fair to the companys as none of them stocked the game till Game Pulled out for finacial reasons. I think we all should be Greatfull we are getting the CE  at all after that.

sadly i have pre ordered alot from play and every time 3 days after the games release date thats when i get my game, i've yet to recieve mine on release day, its not me overreacting its just it always happens thats been the same in the 7yrs i've shopped on their site, i just stuck with them hoping 1 game might get to me on time but im not holding my breath

thats what mine says but if you go to the top left hand corner just hover over where it say account/profile then press ordersand it comes up with a pic of it, and i have the same that it not on he menus, but i think its cause we didnt press tracking? cause my dads is on there -.- think he chose tracking

like when you can track the status of your order when its been despatched and that , and owhh okay well go to the reciept email and then look at the code by the side of the mass effect CE it says a lil code like EG: ps3fg94 look at the and i think yours might say like xbx4858f or something?

yh i know its awsome yes im going to leave it there as well as i was told it would get dispatched today hasnt yet buy hey i got the game if it dosent do somthing by tommorow ill see if i can get it somewhere else

Play may be slow sending emails, I haven't received mine but upon logging into my account with them I have no outstanding orders and my CE is showing as dispatched 6th March, delivery 3-5 days. Get in there! Might be worth checking your Play accounts guys (if you aren't already)

I was going to get it from shopto after my amazon order still says not yet dispatched and they havn't taken the money yet but when it tried to process the payment it kept failing and wouldnt complete the order now though i've checked my bank and shopto have taken the money but i dont have any order

CSR "assured" me that even though it shows processing and 3-5 working day delivery, it'll be by courier and should arrive on or before day of release. I pointed out that the order page had never had any option other than free delivery or I'd have gone for express.

Just have to take them at their word I suppose.....

Ordered the N7 edition from Gamestop.ie in November last year with Express Delivery but no word of it being dispatched yet.

Wait, so they're being sent via Courier not Royal Mail? If so, good news. Means they won't get lost in the post.
Mine still says Processing in warehouse as it has done for the last few days now.

Now I've just got to decide if I want to get that 120GB SSD before 5:30pm today (cut off time for Scan for next day delivery)...

Hahaha.

I was getting paranoid since my order was still saying the warehouse bit. So I just walked down to my local spar shop (no banks in my town, spar is the closest 'hole in the wall' to check bank balance). Got there, checked bank. Game money had been taken. So I felt a bit better. Just got home now and my order has been processed!

In regards to play.com My order has been proccessing in warehouse since monday and still is. I called them yesterday and they fed me some rubbish about it should definatly go out by tuesday evening which turned out to be fairytails and I called again today. They even went as far as to guarantee it would be with me on release day which is just laughable at this stage.

Now they are telling me NO mass effect 3 CE has been sent to anyone yet and they have some department dealing with it and the order department I spoke to is waiting for info from this department on what is going on which again sounds like fairytales. 2 days from release and they are still aiming on getting it to me on release day. Yeah right they would have to send it by special delivery for that to happen and somehow I doubt they are gonna suddenly send all those copies express. This game has been one complete shambles after another

ShopTo.Net had some PC ME3 CE's in stock some 20 mins ago.

I posted about it at 16:10 and it was halfway down the second page in less than 15 minutes, its real busy here!

Play.com order changed from processing to dispatched about an hour ago so YAY!
Blockbuster however haven't taken the money and still says processing.

Irony is, Blockbuster was my first purchase and Play was my backup lol
I've also been able to help out my brother's boss as he's going to buy my spare.

Disappointed with Play.com if they don't dispatch mine today. Had it pre-ordered since the mess up and was probably within the first hundred to pre-order the CE with them after they put it up. Asked them on twitter if it would be sent today and was told yes. So we'll see.

Edit: Woops! Wrote GAME instead of Play.com.

I'm still waiting for my X3: Albion Prelude - Terran War Pack  to be despatched by Play,release date is same as ME3 ie  9th  in UK so hopefully I get that this weekend as well.
