Another play.com customer whose CE was in processing at 2pm today, then changed to Dispatched at 3pm - on 06 March! Weird.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the info about play using couriers instead of the Royal Mail? Also, even if some of us do get lucky enough to receive the game tomorrow, can we actually play it before Friday?

I got an email from ShopTo at 9am this morning saying my CE has now dispatched and is with Royal Mail, so I'm hoping I will actually get it tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

Login to your account, click Order History.

If being sent via Courier, you'll see this:

Dispatched : xx March 2012
Tracking number: xxxxxxxxx
Delivery option: Free Delivery
Delivery estimate: 3-5 working days

If being sent via Royal Mail, you'll see this:

Dispatched : xx March 2012
Delivery option: Free Delivery
Delivery estimate: 3-5 working days

If you check your order History for Mass Effect 3 if it has a tracking number it was sent by courier.

I wish I didn't order from Blockbuster now, it still says processing (it has since 8o'clock this morning) and I'm pretty sure they haven't took my money yet. I'm starting to get frustrated now. I want it to arrive early Friday morning as I've got a late 10 hour shift at work on friday and if I'm not in for the delivery I'll have to wait for monday =(

To me that looks like he just checked the product page, saw they sold out and decided thats the problem. I'm probably being overly optimistic but still having a delivery estimate implies to me the order is still active.

Keep us posted. Don't blame me if I gave you false hope, I'm just some guy on the internet . I've a habit of being wrong too but thats just how his statement came across to me especially if Amazon haven't contacted you or cancelled your order.

I eventually got an answer, I don't know if they're bots or just very slow and useless but he told he can confirm it will arrive on the 9th.
So I'll just stay hopeful.

Sounds like the first guy didn't have a clue and just checked the order page. I'm tempted to contact them but I can't see that working out well for anyone.

Likewise. Someone was saying earlier though that they had contacted Blockbuster and it was going to be dispatched to arrive on release day so they could be using a courier service.

I hope thats the case with me too, but I think that was my balance I had before in my bank, and that would mean they're yet to take my money.

cheers m8 funny thing is i also had an order in with hmv aswell after game cancelled on me but once amazon announced they were doing the warfare pack i decided to cancel that one and just go with my amazon one wish i'd just stuck with hmv now

My CE strategy guide is "dispatching soon" - but my N7 CE won't be sent until tomorrow, according to the Amazon rep who responded to my email. At least I have a standard edition on the way from Play.com but having the CE on time would be nice...

Don't see the 200 pages being a problem to hit for this thread.  Everyone will be posting tomorrow how they're either waiting for their order status to change, or how they're sitting next to the front door incase it arrives early.

To everyone who has still not had their order dispatched from Amazon, I emailed them asking about delivery status they replied saying they are waiting to receive them from their supplier and estimated delivery is between 12-14th of march, longer to wait but at least we still get it.
