Log in to your Play.com account and look on past orders, see if you've got a tracking number. If so, it will be coming via courier.

I'm guessing soon after it's collected, when that is though is anyone's guess.

I'd expect to have something by 9PM personally, as that's the latest I've seen DPD deliver, but collection cut off may well be earlier (I can not find that information on their website).

I'm waiting on confirmation for another DPD parcel for next day delivery today (arriving tomorrow) as well and that hasn't come though yet either, normally it's been any time between 09:30-17:30 from that company, but maybe they're just having a slow day.

Yeah, I've no idea why Royal Mail do stuff like that. Its like they only cater for Jobseeker's schedules. I do wish they'd stick to after 16:00 unless told otherwise, as it just wastes everyone's time attempting delivery at those kind of times. Often I'd prefer they just don't bother attempting delivery and simply take it to the depot, as it would take less time in the long run.

On the other hand, at least they attempt to just post it through the letter box. Both my guide and CE will likely need a signature and I'm away this weekend - If my girlfriend isn't around to take it then I won't have it until monday night, since they will be the earliest I can pick it up at the depot.

Still, It'll probably be wednesday by the time my hangover clears up

On the one hand, damn it, on the other... I'm not going to be able to play it until Sunday at the earliest, so it probably makes no difference.

Still, I can check if my pre-order codes arrive. Looking forward to using that Defender armour.

The CE guide is mainly just a guide on the levels, powers, guns and characters, and galaxy guide which is pretty useful for those who like that kind of thing.

What impressed me about the ME2 guide was that it was a nice hardback book, came with a whole load of extra art, the first issue of the Redemption comic and an interesting article written by Casey Hudson on his thoughts regarding the development for ME2.

For £10 it wasn't a bad deal at all. The ME3 one was £13 and by all accounts, is a lot bigger.

Pretty much. I think it's more annoying since they said they'd dispatched on the 6th and changed it. Plus, somebody said that DPD may not deliver on Saturday, which I hope is completly wrong.

I hope you all do get it tomorrow, but from my experience with Play and DPD if your DPD tracking isn't active, they haven't got your parcel yet and they won't be coming by same day delivery.  There's still hope that it updates before the end of the day though!

Unfortunately, I think the Saturday delivery service by DPD is an additional cost.  http://www.dpd.co.uk...uk_services.jsp

This whole situation has been sooooooo annoying!
Ordered from game last year... cancelled
Ordered from HMV issue with card.... cancelled
Ordered from Sainsbury's... two day wait.... cancelled not enough stock
Ordered from HMV again card sorted and 'completely shipped'...... sigh of relief!
I have just checked my bank account has not been debited at all by HMV but the order has been shipped. Should I be worried?! Or have i got a free copy.... if it arrives.
I shall not be satisfied until I have the CE in my hands.

What I learnt with my Vita pre-order and Play is that you have to ignore what they're saying and just keep refreshing the DPD tracking page.  As soon as that stops saying "awaiting receipt of parcel" you should receive it the day after (as long as that day isn't saturday ).

I dont really know what i'm doing with parcel tracking. On the DPD page with all the empty boxes, do I enter the long tracking number from Play in 'parcel number'? Because there is also 'consignment number' and then several other blank boxes.
