Bowser I neve got a rerun with in-store credits. I got the full refund into my bank account and got a 5 quid discount on my next purchase. SSX is my last EA from Game it seems. Why is SSX the last EA game then? Is Game shutting down all together? I got 40 quid on my reward card and 80 quid gift card from trading in games. Might need to spend it quickly.

it's unbelievable I typed Mass Effect 3 into Google to check the news feed and Breaking News hit me in the face. So i went straight on here and ShopTo to sort it out! So fortunate

Just got the e-mail from GAME, it's been cancelled so therefore I shouldn't be charged for it in the future. Now pre-ordered with Amazon and seems to have accepted I think, also checked Zavvi and it says 'sold out' on their website.

That's the second time there's been an issue with the collectors edition of this game.

Why has Bioware not released a statement on preorders ? I mean they are risking losing sales. When can we have some solid info? I read the statement on where else to order but that's not enough. Can we have some statements on warfare pack please. Anyone else slightly peeved at the lack of communication guys ? . I still like and support Bioware but if there was every time for developer/fan feedback this would be it

GAME have definitely made a complete mess of the CE situation, by not sending out emails warning customers until AFTER the news had already spread across Eurogamer and the like and the other webstores had already opened up their preorders. Zavvi was already sold out before I received my email from GAME and looks like I was extremely lucky to have been swift enough to order it from elsewhere in time.

Bioware is in Canada so they are only getting information as it comes through from the UK and also it's out of office hours for them. EA UK already released a short statement informing customers where to pre order the game since GAME pre orders would be canceled. There will be more as it gets sorted out but GAME really made things difficult so there is a lot of information coming out very fast and it'll take a while for anyone to sort it out. Give them some time to organise things before talking about it

I was meant to be working all day and my phone is currently being a pain so I would have not even heard this news, got the GAME email or ordered my copy if I had been! Prob wouldnt have found one had I not got in till 9 or 10 this evening.
