Just had my email , and I ordered my PC version of the CE by actually going into the store - I've got the receipt tucked away in my wallet.
Now ordered an N7 CE version from Amazon with expedited delivery and it's all gone thorugh ok.
Bloody shambles from GAME, they are offering a £5 voucher as well as refunding my deposit , but I'll never use them again.
I hope BW give them a rocket up their a**e for messing up like this.

checked my game account, cancelled. Re-preordered at Amazon UK (who honestly I would rather have ordered it from to begin with), hopefully they get the N7 warfare gear

Amazing. Just got my cancellation email from Gamestation.

I tried to order from ShopTo, but it wouldn't let me register, claiming that some of the fields I'd filled out needed attention even though I triple-checked them and they were fine. I tried to register via their Facebook thing, but it said I wasn't logged in even though I was.

Next stop, Zavvi (even though the last thing I ordered from them took two weeks). They accepted my pre-order. Shortly afterwards, pre-orders opened up on Amazon! I never would have gone anywhere else if I had the choice, so I pre-ordered from them as well. I'll cancel my Zavvi pre-order soon, once I know my Amazon one isn't going to be cancelled, so that I'm not taking up a pre-order space that could be used by someone else.

What an unspeakable mess. People who ordered from the very start have no preferential treatment over people just ordering now. Unbelievable... Chris warned us to preorder early to avoid disappointment, but you can bet a lot of those who did so are going to be disappointed regardless.

Keep the cursor over "My Orders" and a list should appear. Hit "Preorders" and it should be listed there.

Hope Play.com do actually have all the copies for the CE in-stock or being delivered for release. I'm surprised they haven't gone out of stock yet, or are just taking more orders than what they actually have. Please don't let this be the case... :/

EA cancelling all future titles with them.  Wow they really are in major trouble  


Additionally reading all these posts about people double ordering is disheartening. Even though I really recommend it.  There are going to be so many disappointed people on release now

Last I checked Zevvi still had some PS3 copies, but the others were sold out.

The irony is, I went to pre-order from Game first but was too late, I could only get it on PS3 from Gamestation - but I cancelled it to order from www.gamestop.ie instead. Gamestop I believe should stock the N7 warfare pack - the american gamestop is the one which stocks it over there..

Close shave! I would have easily ordered it on time, but my girlfriend locked my game account out, and I needed a new gamestation reward card to spend the £10 I have on it, and I left it too late waiting for the new one!

The Xbox CE was £55.18 when i ordered from amazon, now its £64.85? Will I still get it?

I don't know who's to blame for this, but to have a preorder from last July cancelled nine days before release is absolutely unacceptable. I've now preordered two copies to be sure of getting the CE. So glad I was in today and could react relatively quickly.

Got an Xbox preorder from amazon play and shop to now. So I'm only screwed if zaavi get the warfare pack. I'll probably cancel the other 2 when I know where that is going. Might keep 2 just incase one cancels.

Well I just moaned at Amazon as it wouldn't let me checkout when I ordered for the 360 N7 Edition, then the price went up.

The nice guy on the phone apologised and adjusted my price down (and said he knocked a few pounds more off due to how long I was on the phone)

So got a pre-order at Amazon for the 360 now £52.85. Awesome Amazon!

I would not count on play.com they often send out normal versions if they can't get a CE as do Gameplay.

Amazon are always good like that, they recognise the potential of customer loyalty.

Would have pre-ordered from them day one if it wasn't for the stupid exclusive GAME scheme.

EDIT: There will probably be a flood of CE cancellations after the news of what pre-order bonuses are being allocated to each retailer.
