I'm so ****ed right now. Not only do I have to run about like a headless chicken to find a place with the Collector's Edition in stock for PS3, I have to march up to GAME and see if I can get that £40 I put down on a gift card back.

I would have ordered it from shopto if I hadnt already paid for mine - they guarantee your order for release date or they give you £3 on your account, plus they are £5 cheaper than the others. I use them usually because they are excellent - only they didnt stock the CE back then *sad face*

EA cancelling all future titles with them.  Wow they really are in major trouble  


Additionally reading all these posts about people double ordering is disheartening. Even though I really recommend it.  There are going to be so many disappointed people on release now  

Not just them, but also Gamestation and now Gameplay as well (who are merging with Gamestation this week ). I had my N7 CE ordered with Gameplay since last June, when it was first announced.

About 30 minutes ago I get a response on Twitter from the Gameplay web team saying that "It (the f*** up w/ EA and orders for ME3) is affecting all three companies I'm afraid"

So, I've jumped on both Amazon and Play and got orders from each for the N7 CE on 360 - yet I have no idea if Gameplay themselves will actually be able to fulfil the order or not, no announcement from them at all (but their new partners GameStation have issued the exact same statement as GAME did, being a group company).

I just checked and it appears that there are still copies available on amazon.co.uk as at 15:47 GMT. The price is listed as £54.85 which is less than I paid!

Ea Uk will probably get tesco, asda and other supermarkets to sell me3 they could also get CEX to sell as well CEX is their only hope for a gaming shop now and its a brande all over uk even tho they sell pre-owned surly EA and CEX can make a deal?

Thats why I ordered from two retailers due to no knowledge of stock.   Not taking the risk!!   Cant believe I been resorted to this!  Unbelievable

Sorry dude, I cancelled my PS3 CE pre-order for a 360 one from somewhere else, otherwise I would have sold it to you (no profit) when I got it.

Ordered with shopto for first time, hoping they dont mess up, would have gone with amazon but they took the page down due to the price mess up and I wasnt sure if they ran out. Fingers crossed now as Ive heard mixed reviews about shopto.

the price has gone up now to £64.85. Luckily I ordered it before they increased it so i am currently on for a bargain.

I hope EA get things together quickly and make a press release about this N7 wargear issue; I suspect people will be sitting on multiple copies until news on this breaks and, ultimately, this is bad for fans and bad for business, especially if there's a wave of last minute order cancellations. Some reassurance about supply to their newly recommended partners for this release would not hurt either. Terrible situation.

Hopefully they'll have something in the next day or two so more copies will be freed up and fans still have a decent chance of getting the pre-orders in before release.

I just got home from work to this craptastic news. At first I thought they were refusing me because of some problem with the payment (I have a lot of money in my account so it wasn't that) only to realise, once I'd read a bit, it was them not me. I've reordered the CE from my regular supplier, play.com, for £10 less to boot. It pissed me off only being able to order from Game. I've never bought anything from them before and had to create a new account and everything. They've said I can have a £5 gratuity but this is the first time I've ever ordered anything from them and then they cancel with less than 10 days to go with the CE sold out most places which meant that I had to scramble round quick to find another suppler and I think we can see where this is going. I'll try and delete the account if possible. I really hope play.com come through at this late stage,

Paid for it at shopto.

Everywhere is sold out (at least for) now...taking no chances. DAMN YOU, GAME...I'mma Q_Q so much if I suddenly get a refund & told "no CE for you!" from shopto.

I hope for myself & all you guys that this all goes fine for the lot of us!

It'll count as an order when it is processed. Though it should all go down without a hitch provided they've already recieved a payment. You'll probably get the game a day earlier too.
