well cd printing all fine but the tin printing needs to be done in batches of 10,20,30k I looked it up once I didnt think having 30k cases would be good for my wallet though and its EA im sure they settled on an acceptable level of pressings to wring out the highest percentage of profit.

Am I the only one thinking it amusing that Zavvi is now a 'rescue' retailer for EA, considering that the original Zavvi, shortly after it's transformation from Virgin, collapsed over stock issues (ok granted it was tied up to the Woolies failure via EUK)? Hence the reason I'm avoiding anything with that name by a very wide margin

Hmm, well my GAME order has now been officially cancelled. I pre-ordered it from Amazon earlier today when the news broke, so hopefully I will still get it. If, for some reason, it doesn't work out, at least I can get a standard version with FemShep on it. :-)

really in the current climate who can you trust with your preorders every companys down in the dumps in someway. me I prefer amazon and strangely play asia since fed ex are so fast yet god expensive.

Just got in from work & came back to the forums to see if there were any official BioWare updates & noticed this thread, I checked my email & saw the Game (**** Game!!!) email. Now I'm totally gutted! I can't find anywhere that has the Xbox360 CE in stock at the time of writing this, I feel sick 

If I got a CE from Germany will it be localised in German or does it come with English voice acting?

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS, LET ME KNOW!!!

I don't think it was EA that notified GAME so late in the...game (*groan*). The way I see it, EA and GAME negotiated an exclusive deal for ME3 rights to the UK territory sometime last year or even the year before that. EA probably received a small advance, which was x% of the minimum guaranteed payment upon delivery. As EA was probably about to deliver the product, GAME defaulted on payment(s). EA probably demanded an LC from a bank, GAME probably couldn't get one in time, or was flat out refused. Or maybe the bank underwriting their transactions revoked their LCs. Who knows. Either way, I'm sure GAME was doing everything they could to satisfy EA and I'm sure EA did everything they could to secure their own interests, until they couldn't risk it any more...thus we ended up with the clusterf... that we have now.

Stuff like that really does happen in business on the highest levels. Sometimes things just go awry and all you can do is to try to douse the fire before everything goes up in flames.

It will have English audio Chuck...whether everything else in the box is in english is another matter...takes ya chances

I'd like to assure you that everyone who can help in this situation is indeed working on it. It's become clear to us now that we wont have a list of confirmed retailers who will carry the N7 Warfare pack until tomorrow. As soon as we do we'll communicate it.

We're doing everything in our power to address this as soon as possible.

True and its usually the customers who get the shaft

why would it have english audio? I've seen very few console games with multple audio tracks just because it saves time and money not to.
