I just cancelled mine from the German Amazon. I came to the realisation that I couldn't justify paying double the price of the standard game in order to get an additional robot dog.

I've been so hyped up for this game for the past month, replaying ME1 and ME2... this whole fiasco has really soured my anticipation. I'll still pick it up day 1, hopefully, by going into a supermarket. But the "Oh wow, I can't wait, I wish it was friday 9th already I'm so excited!" has now become a sort of "I wish it was friday 9th already so I can just get all this stupid messing about over and done with".

I ordered from amazon so hopefully it arrives in time I just want to know what DLC I get for pre-order as in game we got N7 Warfare Gear and the argus gun which i beleive we still get that gun as its for all pre-orders. not sure about N7 Warfare Gear. the rest should be in CE edtion

Just? Hmm pretty odd, i assumed they worked down the list sending out the cancelled emails, i ordered the day it was available and got my email at 2:44 pretty much as soon as the news broke, The Internal Memo got sent at 10:30.

If you preordered at the start then you should of got your email then aswell, The pattern iv seen is the later the preorder the later the email

I'll bet EA decided this weeks ago, confirmed it at some kind of end-of-month-meeting, informed Game about it early this morning and Game spent the rest of the morning trying to figure out how to get news of it out to their customers.

Parcelling out vouchers isn't going to help them win back any kind of customer support, and with the loss of faith in the retailer loads of people (including myself) will be using up rewards points and store credit while they still can and spending their hard-earned money elsewhere. I've been meaning to get AC Revelations and Ico/SotC for a while now so that's what I'll be doing with that credit.

After that there aren't many high street places to put my faith in. It'd be nice if Amazon or play.com had some kind of rewards scheme but that'd be the death of the street retailer and that's not something I want.

I think most of the stuff is just redeemable codes anyway, with the exception of the artbook, but thats mostly pictures & I can read that language!  The comic I'm not that interested in anyway!

Agreed i may even hold fire on buying i've got other games i can play in the mean time

I'm pretty sure the "year of cool stuff that would be available to fans outside America" to make up for it never actually materialised either, but hey-ho.

The overall effect is yet to be seen on Game apart from the nintendo side, but it will probably start a snowball effect with other publishers as well and end up similiar to Woolies problems in Game being unable to stock anything not because their suppliers went under but cos no one wants to risk it.

Guess what i just realised...i wont be seeing the Prothean...Seeing a copy of a CE on ebay that should have been mine going for over £200 makes me sick...maybe Game can get new ones from EA ?

Mag EA wont touch game with a bargepole from space until Game can provide some form of gaurantee from a creditor or bank that they can pay EA for the stock and with all current pressings already redirected it aint likely.

If it did happen...I must have slept through it....tell ya...EA....say no more....the company so big, with offices and lawyers all over the world...couldnt figure out the law on prize giveaways...

Just get the from ashes dlc mate on relase date it be probably 1200msp or 1800msp end of the day its still cheaper than the extra 20-30 quid for the ce edition

I pre-ordered the CE with ShopTo this morning. So I'm really just keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives on March 9th.
I play on the PS3 so hopefully that should help as it's the least played platform for ME3 so huuuuuge fingers crossed that they havn't over-sold them.

The Prothean, his associated mission, a gun and some costumes are available as DLC for £10/$10 on day 1.

So actually, it's cheaper to get the standard edition and the dlc than it is to get the CE (even if it wasn't out of stock).

down with the cancelation of Mass Effect 3 Collector’s Edition, and only
finding it available in amazon.fr. I was wondering if I will be able to play it
PAL (Portugal), and in France is PAL - SECAM, and if will I be able to

Pc in English is fine me and Fender are still debating the console voice options.
