Just get the from ashes dlc mate on relase date it be probably 1200msp or 1800msp end of the day its still cheaper than the extra 20-30 quid for the ce edition

Just order from amazon.de or amazon.fr. Their release dates are one day earlier so you should get it in time with the right delivery method.

Well, this is just wonderful. I missed the rush for the ME2 CE, and was bright and early on pre-order for ME3. Now I come home from work to find GAME has cancelled it, and everywhere is sold out. FML tbh.

i spoke to shopto today on the phone  and they said if you just preordered the ce edition today you will defiantly get it before the 9th so make of that what you will

Console games are not usually region coded or locked....but...up to you whether you take chance....I have known them to be in the past.

Mass Effect 2 was (region coded) for the Xbox 360, I'd assume Mass Effect 3 will be too.

I can't believe how quickly every place got sold out. Within a day. A single day. I already put this question in the Tech Section, but this place seems more lively. I have no problem getting my hands on the PEGI (Probably Austrian) version of the N7 Edition. But my ME2 game is from the UK. Does anyone know if the save files will be compatible?

Should work just fine, as the Austrian version is the PAL version too.

I was really looking forward to this, even booked a few days off work and planned to forget about uni work for a weekend and blitz through it, to be honest this whole shambles has just put me off.

As it stands, i'm not planning to buy it on release, its my final year of uni, i'll buy it after exams when the price has gone down.

Well done EA, you've handled this so well i've gone from "i can't wait and i'm willing to spend 70 quid" to "I can't be bothered and you might get 25 quid off me at some point".

Shambles, and hilariously this only effects the people who are most likely to spend a fortune on EA/bioware games.

Get it sorted EA. This is a PR shambles.

Depends. What system are you playing on? PC should be fine (I think), but Consoles might be a problem. If it's European it *should* be okay, but no guarantees. I know US-EU saves are incompatible.
