Digital Deluxe already has the n7 warfare gear.

Fair enough, I can't argue with that. Anyway, I think that as the N7 is DLC, it'll be available on LIVE marketplace, so I can get it free given that I have free MSPoints courtesy of GAME reward. I guess they're good for something.....

First thing I want to say is that I have not read through all 85 pages and so if I say things that I have already said then I apologise. Second thing I want to say is that whilst none of this is directed at anyone in particular I am deeply disappointed and angry about what has happened.
I pre-order the collector’s edition like I am sure many people did and now I am effectively screwed over by this. I have spent large parts of today trying to find it in other places but it is sold out so what am I supposed to do? I don't want the digital version as I want a physical copy of the book, lithograph etc... And now I can't get one. So if I want the extras and extra content what can I do? I am sure people will say “there are many people who can’t get the collector’s edition” but I did pre-order it and not leave it to the last minute or chance.
I recognise that I don't know what has happened but seen as we haven't been told what happened how that isn’t my fault. I feel it is pretty poor customer service. GAME are not going to go bankrupt in the next 8 days and yet with only 8 days to go until release you hurt the thousands of people who pre-order the game. Why was this announced only 8 days before release date when it is almost impossible for us to find a new copy? These things don’t just spring up over night and whatever the reason was for this I bet is wasn’t in the best interest of us the fans. Fans who bought the game before it came out trusting that you would release a great game and yet out trust has resulted in this. I understand that Bioware only make the game and that a lot of this blame can be attributed to GAME but the simple fact is I bet GAME would rather have the game than not and so would all the fans and people who pre-ordered so who is this in benefit of?
I and many others of your fans are now left in a bad situation for what I can only imagine is financial reason on your behalf not on our behalf. If anyone can come up with a suggestion on how and where I can get a collector’s edition I would be extremely grateful but I fear that in the end all that I and many others will have is nothing. Which is a bit sad really that the people who pre-ordered, the people who supported you, the people who wanted to experience Mass Effect 3 to the fullest are the ones who suffer.

The N7 pack really needs to be attached to all CE pre-orders. It's utterly ridiculous and grossly unfair that it was announced which retailers had it a point where they were sold out. What's worse a lot of us did have a pre-order with it until this whole farce started. And Zavvi? Seriously, who uses Zavvi? I know it's not Bioware that does this directly normally but if you are reading this thread please step up and bat for your fans!
