So, I was on Noveria in the tram that takes you to the hot labs and, after the game did the fade-to-black transition, it never came back to normal... the screen was black, but I could hear my guy moving around. I saved it and reloaded it(this fixed a similar issue I had on this playthrough in a day or two ago) and when I load in now, My characters are standing in a black, square room. It almost looks like chracters are moved to a room during the transition and it got stuck there.
Has anyone seen this, or have an idea of how to fix it/prevent it from happening again? It's frustrating to have to go back an hour's worth of playtime(Yeah, I suck at saving. )

Just load a previous save like the autosave.
Maybe your character somehow went through the scenery and is now stuck in the empty void under the scenery.
If you don't have an earlier save then i'm not sure what else you can do.

Well, had to fall back to an Autosave at the beginning of Noveria, but I'm past where I was now without issue, so hopefully it won't happen again.
