So far the alliance did nothing major beside make the CIC no connected to the bridge . it looks the same .

well they basically made his area the bridge and Shepard's area the CIC with a real war room. I also find it odd that the Shadow Broker becomes part of the SR 2 . I guess Liara's SB ship gets destroyed

According to the leaked script excerpts, she and Feron took most of the tech out of the SB's ship, flew away in a shuttle and plowed the SB ship into a Cerberus cruiser when she was discovered.

Hm... that is something then. Although I'd like to see more of the crew in different areas, but guess Garrus just can't stop calibrating... or is he a BSN poster and can't leave the place?

So much empty and unneeded space. My guess is Javik goes into Thane's area, Tali into engineering, and possibly Aria into the nightclub area.

Well, according to the script, there are least two separate occasions when someone makes a joke about Garrus "spending all day calibrating". One of them is in FemShep's romance storyline (from what I remember).

I don't see Aria joining the Normandy. Allers is in Zaeed's room, which he didn't show for some reason. Probably because he (rightfully) kicked her off.
