Sunday I was playing ME3 mp. I had at least level 17 in all classes. My connection started going. People couldn't hear me in party chat. I kept being dropped from games. Had trouble reconnecting to EA servers. In the middle of all of that, I saw all my classes went back to level 1. So I quit for the evening. Found out a day later my router was bad. Got a new one and I can now connect with EA servers again. But I am still at level 1 for my classes.

Since it's a demo, and going to be reset anyways soon, it's not a huge deal. But if this happened during the main game, I would feel frustrated. So, let me know if there is any more information you need from me to figure out what happened. I figure anything I can do to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone in the main game is worth it.

This has happened to a few people, myself included. Nothing we can do about it in the demo, sadly. But, apparently Bioware has acknowledged that it is a bug and it has been fixed for the full game.

Thanks! Didn't know others had it happen too. Good to know it should be fixed for the main game.

same thing happened to me as well was wondering what happened.

I also wondered if I "locked" the problem in by trying for the starter pack. Maybe if I had just left it alone, it would have sorted itself out when my router got replaced. But I was bored because I couldn't play and grabbed the pack.
