Well, you can compare it with what they've said about previous games.

It's exactly the same as what they said about ME2
About ME1 they said "The single sex scene is brief and undetailed, although there is breast nudity in one version of the scene. "
About DA2 they said "moderate sexual images when interchangeable characters are shown kissing and falling fully clothed onto a bed together."
About DA:O they said "There are also sex scenes that depict characters in their underwear as they kiss."

edit: about The Witcher 2 they said

"The game also includes infrequent strong sex scenes. These are portrayed
in 'cutscenes' and cannot be controlled by the player, although they
are triggered by selecting dialogue responses. The sex is not shown with
any detail, although there is some breast and female frontal nudity. In
one scene, a woman is shown using a riding crop to whip another woman
as part of a sexual act."

Those are pretty fair and unbiased descriptions actually.

I 100% agree w/ this.

I felt ME1's scenes were some of the classiest and most mature handlings of the subject matter I've ever seen in a video game.

It's a sad indicator of the irrationality and disfunction of the US media when one source who has never even played the game calling ME1 a sex simulator can infect every other news source and produce the kind of backlash that affects artistic direction and induces self censoring in future titles.  As a result you get unintentionally hilarious stuff like the DA:O sex scenes.

*Kiss* *hug* *fade to black* *moaning and stuff* (probably too risque, most likely cut) *fade back to characters having a post-coitus cigarette fully clothed*
Character1: "Best sex ever"
Character2: "Agreed, let's never do it again, we'll just be disappointed"
Character1: "Well I'm off to save the galaxy"

*Character 1 takes elevator down 2 levels, where Character 2 is already waiting and acting like nothings happened*

Oh well. In another 10 or 20 years people will be less queemish about sex, maybe around that time we'll get a ME remake
