What scares me more are the BSN posters and their reactions/reviews after getting the game. I've avoided every spoiler and will continue to, but I'm getting a sense that the community is about to unleash a fury the likes of Hell hasn't seen. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, but we all know how critical the BSN is.

Well I think the scariest thing is a lot of the posters who are civil, able debators who don't really do much complaining if at all...a lot of them are much more reserved when talking about the endings. Like they were depressed about them.

Myself included. Except I can outright guarentee I personally am depressed about it.

So you can imagine the kind of reactions they will elicit from the less reserved.

That's pretty disingenuous. Prior to playing the game, you have no idea whether you would like it or not. And reviews aren't always so skewed that you can't look over a few of the sites you trust and make a decision from that.

I already paid for it to be shipped to my house....so I guess no or I could just shoot the postman and say it never came and get a refund.

Nope preordered it on Amazon for release day delivery.I can almost guarantee you reviews will have mostly positive things to say about ME3 with a few minor criticisms here and there. It's only here on BSN where people like to whine and nitpick the most insignificant things.

I'm waiting. I've got school and the spoilers make this not worth my time at the moment. The only game I'm buying blind this quarter is The Witcher 2. I'll wait for the reviews and real a handful of them, but I'd they stick to that script, I'll wait for used copies to hit the teens before buying.

I can see it now, postman comes up to the door rings bell. You answer the door BANG BANG! pre-order cancelled and close the door.

My pre-order from months ago says no, I'm not waiting.  I am not worried about the quality of the game.  I actually pre-order most of my games because I follow them for a long time and am usually very certain that I want them as soon as they come out.

I've already paid off this game, but will be honest: very concerned with the story and side missions. Some say they are related to the overall story, some say they are disjointed. I want this game to be good - damn good. I was really disappointed in the disjointed pacing of ME2's story and side missions, so if this game ends up giving me the same feelings, I will probably hold out on the next Bioware game and see what the reviews are like then

Just wish Bioware would go back to being the RPG company they once were and stop worrying about trying to entice the Modern Warfare/Battlefield type crowds with all the game streamlining

Oh look, another person swayed by the mindless ramblings of raging forumites.

I pre-ordered me a CE as soon as it was available, and looking forward to it come the 6th.

Also, I hope your 'unimpressed' mindset doesn't forbid you from raising your chin above the gaming industry in general. No, that would be a crime against -humanity-. I guess all of us 'BioDrones' get have all the fun, an I'm fine with that. Less whiners in multiplayer.

It would be helpful if people made their points without being childish about their points.

Nope

But technically this is my last Bioware pre-order unless Bioware's direction changes drastically .

Same, and since I don't trust reveiws most the time I'm going to have to go off of word of mouth to see if I want to risk getting it or not.

Since there were a few parts of ME2 and most of DA2 were not that great in my opinion I am a bit worried with what I am going to be getting myself i nto with this game. Hopfully it's not DA2 bad, but I'm not rasing my hopes up to be crushed again.

No preorder from me.

The reasons are i will not install origin on my pc and BW has not shown any of the supposed new RPG elements in the game.

I pre-ordered back in October and can't wait to finally get this game on my PC. After all it's a BioWare game so it will be brilliant and it's sure to be a contender for 'game of the year 2012' :o)

That's just my opinion though, there's no need to go spreading it around...

I was gonna wait for reviews of this game then pick it up when it was cheap but after playing the demo I must have ME3 on release.

Actually you may be pleasantly surprised because I found Origin very very easy going and despite the high demand had no issues with it at all when downloading and installing the ME3 demo.   It was painless, yet when I used a rival service (you all know the one!) to get a recent high profile non-BioWare RPG (the one that has some dragons in it) I had all sorts of problems finding a responsive content server and then it took forever to download.

I think the biggest problem people have with it is that it basicly acts as spyware and scans your computer. I very much don't like that at all and will not be having it open unless I am playing ME3, Hell I refused to get Battlefeild 3 because of it.

To be honest, the ammount of fun I've had with the MP demo, the single player game could just be Shepherd traveling the galaxy trying to locate a lost puppy called while battling assorted talking mushrooms and flying goats and i'd still be confident of getting enough enjoyment from the Mp.

I did get very much burned by buying an other recent bioware game that will remain nameless and in all honesty if Me3 was of similar quality there is no chance i'll be pre ordering a bioware game, i'll wait for reviews, and not from the "big" websites, from actual people that I know.

We know from the MP demo that it plays well though, thats a start.
