New review from a polish magazine PSX Extreme - they gave 9/10. They said it has the longest plot of all 3, and that it is a one of the best RPGs in years. The main flaw they mention is the slightly archaic egnine. The strongest parts are the plot, variated gameplay and overall epicness.

We're zealots, the lot of us. ME3 will either be the Best Game Ever or Worst Game Ever in our eyes. We'll need to take the word of the n00bs on this one if we truly want something unbiased.

I don't think the IGN guy mentioned anything about what score he will be giving.
Anyway I wouldn't take these early reviews too seriously. I haven't really seen any early review that didn't praise the game no matter the actual quality of it.

I'd rather trust professional reviewers than fickle fanboys. The level of corruption is not nearly as high as some of you like to paint it just because you don't like the score (too high or too low). In the end, we're talking about opinions.
