To my absolute relief ive got it backed up on my laptop but I dnt know how to move it from there onto my xbox?

Hi guys sorry if this has been asked before but I was deleting unwanted saves from me2 to get ready for me3 when i accidentilly deleted a main save i was planning on using in me3
To my absolute relief ive got it backed up on my laptop but I dnt know how to move it from there onto my xbox?

One of the others might know, but I feel compelled to point out this isn't a mod board and as such the question is technically off topic here.
You might also get more help on the mod threads on the character creation boards as they are likely to know about such transfers than most of us here.
