Yeah, I'm completely baffled why the already light SMGs have a mod to further reduce weapon weight but the other guns do not.
Submachine guns are a sidearm in this game, not pistols. A tempest 10 with level 5 weight reduction mod weighs only 3% power speed. So you can go from +200% to +197%

Saw a video on Youtube where guy using hack game or real game...not sure unlock an N7 Crusader Shotgun from a box so I do believe it is possible, Bioware is just keeping it on the DL maybe.

Indra is available through purchase of boxes, it is an Ultra Rare weapon. No other promotionals apart from the Collector rifle are available in multiplayer. However there is a key for singleplayer that can be acquired from a website for the Indra, if that is required for the multiplayer version, I am unsure.
