I have a feeling that this is going to get as ugly as DA2 despite the ban hammers dropping. I hope not, but I have a feeling.

I'll be playing ME3 most of the time after release, and seeing as I only really signed up on these forums to keep up to date with ME2 and ME3 I probably won't be back much until Generals 2 is closer. I'll have a look into BSN during the first week though - I cannot even imagine the scale of whining that will be taking place. It will be glorious.

 Oh man.  I just imagined an ME3 combat scenario with the mod/dev team with their weapons out preparing for the incoming waves.  Someone needs to start making fanfiction/stories out of this.

No, I can't, because I'd rather not get banned. Suffice it to say certain individuals are aware of what -- and I will never say 100%, but I feel confident saying 99 now -- 99% chance of what the endings will be. And they are not pleased.

Ah, that time of the year again, where a highly anticipated franchise bracing to get mobbed by the Comic Book Guy Association ™...this board had already served up more entertainment than ME3 for the years to come.

You can believe it has zero to do with the endings if you wish. This place has indeed been terrible for a while, I concur with that much, yes. But come Tuesday you're going to find a lot of vitriol on here and it's important that the message be gotten out right now -- no tolerance for targeting.

I agree with you, the time for this thing to pop up is very convenient.

What irks me most about this is that we can't simply click a button to confirm that we've read it; instead, we're forced to see the same bloody message every single time we go to a new page, and forced to scroll down that much more each time.

I can tell you this much: I've never been remotely entangled in their silliness. Hell, I still like the endings to a point, even, and I'll likely think the game is great from an overall perspective. But daaaamn, raider_1001, trust me on this: it won't just be a Comic Book Guy Association for this one.

And that is the farthest I'll go with such talk because I do not wish to be banned from the BSN, so everyone can stop rolling their eyes now and see for themselves come next week.

I hope it is only down to the endings then and not like DA2 which was flawed on so many levels it was beyond a joke.

Recently it turned rather nasty with the attacks on a BioWare writer (the story is all over the net and should not be hard to find).
Also in case you have missed it Mass Effect 3 is going to be released next week and judging by the BSN reaction to ME2 and to a much bigger extend to the reaction to of DA2, the BSN will not be a very happy place after launch no matter the actual quality of the game (I already pity the moderators since there will be little sleep for them in the coming weeks.)

oh i agree. i remember sticking up for her even though i dont play dragon age at all.

heck i even stuck up for the bioware devs lastnight wich didnt sit well with other posters.
