Like the title says.
No wall of text please... people tend to pass over them anyways.
And this isnt a "what do you want them to change" thread
With the expansion i hope:
they continue on with the talents. So instead of only 4 there might be 5 or 6
And I hope they add at least 1 specialization per class.
What do you want in the first expansion?

I want them to release a campaign, there has to be something with Morrigan in there.

More classes. It doesn't matter if the story is interesting if the combat is dull and repetitive.

More NPC mages who can join the party.

New campaign at least as long as Origins, with improved story, new characters, new specializations, new type of weapons (spear, short sword, katana), improved graphics, horses, new enemies, with more imaginative settings

A "mirror universe" campaign where Sten and Morrigan are wacky and happy-go-lucky, Lei and Wynne are psycho and trampy, Shale is a stoned slacker, and Allistar and Zev are a gay couple.
(Star Trek "Evil Double" Goatees optional)...

I loved how the Baldur gate series allowed the mage to shapeshift into a werewolf for unique stat bonuses... I was dissapointed with the lack of such an ability in this game. After fighting *****, it's time for them to take it up a notch though... I want a Dragon Shapeshifting ability!!!

Sex scenes that aren't nauseating.
The rest I'm sure Bioware needs no help on.

I think they just plan on releasing bite sized DLC, like what they have released so far

An extension to the STORY, not some pre-ending story... More playable races.. Human Barbarian lord etc or Qunari...

/agree on other countries
/disagree on morrigan continuation, Anything interesting in that arc probably won't happen for another 14 years(game time)

Guys. A lot of good ideas here, but tone down expectations a bit. A lot of what was said is "sequel" material not "expansion". There is only so much that can be added to the game via expansion, especially when considering there is a console audience to consider now.

What would be pretty cool is if there was a small island being colonized by several countries, so you go to different towns and one has an Orlais mileu, another Antivan etc etc...

Better zoom! As in zoom further away, to get a better view. And a free floating camera.

Anything that would augment replaying the original quests with perhaps new characters, abilities and an additional quest or two the size of the "Dark Roads" quest that would add additional storyline to the main one.
Something that integrates tightly with the main storyline in ways that supplement the story and perhaps even have the potential it in places would add even further to the replay-ability of this game, which is already pretty high.
Warden's Keep succeeded in that one regard, in that it tied into the main storyline and wasn't just an unrelated dungeon crawl. It obviously failed significantly in terms of how long it took one to complete and was far too brief, but I liked that it worked well with the main storyline.

I think the morrigan story will be the sequel, not the expansion. I also think that your timelimit prevents you from being in the sequel.
Having said that, I would like a prequel to the sequel. OR more options, companions and stories added to the original game.
