I second this, although I'm pretty sure EA don't mind as its not illegal and everybody did it with BF3 (and there was no account bans). 

Just finding a VPN that works is the question - so would be helpful if people could post VPN's to use that are free/trial.

Well finally got back an email from EA....didn't help at all here the message:

What I want to know is if the supposed free DLC is Origin-only or is it included if you buy from Amazon or Gamestop or anywhere else. I want to buy from Gamestop, but I don't trust that it uses Impulse. I don't feel like juggling a third game service.

I wouldn't take it as fact.

Someone emailed EA to see if Origin UK users could Pre-load and they said that there will be no option for UK or EU Origin users to pre-load Mass Effect 3 on Origin. This is obviously incorrect because EA have released a pre-load timetable. 

Edit: The Ashes DLC is coming to DDE, but the apparently release date 6th March for all Origin users is wrong, that is what I meant.

Dose the PS3 download version count as a DDE as well? Or just as a Standerd edition?

TBH all this launch dlc is starting to become a circus.

I can Imagine that, because I only got DE to get the game, bonus mission and the new character all in one pack.

IF they'd do this d*@% move that only US gets it that would mean, at least for me, strike two (after DA2) and no future suppor from me to any Bioware products in the future. Plus a rage post on forum that would secure me a ban probably but at that point I would not care any more, I think.

Just buy it from Amazon and you won't have any problems or mistakes that origin might make.

This problem is completely on EA. It's already annoying to find out what you're getting in your own region and then the shop pages don't even give full information about what you're getting. For me it did say an extra character and mission was included when I bought the DDE, but it got removed. Yeah, what do you expect? Of course people will get questions.

It's nice it's confirmed all regions get the dlc, but how about informing all the different EAs around the world to update their stores to reflect this?

pre loading ME3 as i type this and I see a link to download from ashes,N7 collectors edition materials,both of which are available for download.Along with these two things there are links for digital art books and the soundtrack which will be available for download on 5th march.

Hope this clears out things.

After I preloaded ME3, From Ashes automatically downloaded. So, if anyone from the UK preordered and preloaded their DDE on Origin, just check the "Show Game Details" page for it.

I just downloaded my copy from Gamestop's Impulse. It has teh DLC included, no question. I just can't download it at the moment for some reason.

It's there though.
