I was conversing with her and she brought up my PC's relationship with one of the other chars, and I told her that we were in love. I got a -3 or something. I then followed up with something else and got another -10 so I reloaded to avoid that -10. When I got to the relationship thing, I was feeling a bit flippant so just said something like "You have no idea", she laughed about it and I ended up with a +2 or somesuch.
I was stunned. I basically said the SAME thing, she "got" the same message and understood what I was saying, but I guess my "tone" amused her more. I guess I need to pay more attention to the nuances of the replies with her than with the other characters.

Same with for ex dalish village, just take her out of the party while accepting the quest, and then turning it in.
The **** is insane, your for ex tellin a smith that if he works and give you armor you can look for his daughter when your at the castle, how the f, can that be considered wrong or good by any standard?
its a deal, its not being a good guy.

If I remember that conversation, there actually is a bit of a difference between the two.
The first is about love and Morrigan believes love is a weakness. The "you have no idea" answer, combined with what Morrigan said before that, implies more that there's a very satisfying physical relationship going on. Morrigan is fine with that.

Actually, she's a sweetheart compared to Sten. My char actually came to blows with the Quanari, when he objected to me following the main quest!

I'm leaning towards the best "evil" group being Morry, Shale, and Sten or Dog or maybe Zev.

But yes, she does tend to hate you for the strangest things. I recall that when she joined my party I got +4 and I had said that she could take over the cooking from Alistair. It was a bit bizarre, as one would not expect her to like being treated like a maid.

Morrigan is easily bribed. Bit like a prostitute. Buy her jewelry and she want to get into your pants immediately.

Maybe Alistair is really bad at cooking.

The biggest problem with keeping her happy I think, is not keeping your words and actions in line with her philosophies, though it is pretty funny when she disagrees and makes a smart a** comment. The problem is with the other members of the group, if you have Alis or Wynne or Leliana with you in the group they are going to give you big negatives for siding with evil Morry.

I'm actually doing the Morrigan, Sten, Shale setup right now (for my second playthrough) and I've had about 4-5 occasions where Morrigan and Sten disagree on something. I should mention I'm only about 16 hours in so I assume there will be a lot more of those situations. Where Morrigan is completely ruthless Sten is just effecient (yet tries to remain honorable).

I found a book in the Mages Tower, then i gave it to Morrigan, i think i got +15 xD
That book starts an important side quest (unique to her). Make sure to check back in with her after awhile, you'll have a surprise.

Ah, good point. I never thought of it like that.

Because she sees the whole "saving the village" idea as a big waste of time. As far as I can tell, she doesn't judge by "good/evil", rather "useful/useless". And, to be honest, looking for a lost blacksmith daughter while on a quest to save the world... doesn't sound like the brightest idea, does it?

Add gifts to that and she won't be any trouble.
