Just thought this is worth entering the fray with all these "leaks" springing about. Alright, GameZone did a review that has Michael Gamble saying that there
is multiple DIFFERENT endings. Are the leaks fake or is Bioware
straight up lying now? Whatever the case, I'm going to backstab either
the leakers or Bioware.

We all do. However, seeing how the game comes out in a week, if Bioware were lying then it would be found out quickly. We can all hope

3 major endings(control, merge,destroy)
2 variations of each.
6 total endings(though mostly identical, still technically different)
Plus the supposed ng+ ending.

He didn't say anything about the number of the endings. He said: "There are many different endings." The only number "3" in the article was in the name of the game ME3. So...there could be more.

The flashback will show you with your LI (if its Ashley or Liara) and show those characters that you have the highest relationships with. You get 6 different endings, as mentioned by KainrycKarr. And for all we know, there are other threads wrapped up before the conclusion. So Gamble is likely being very accurate.

He just doesn't mention that nothing you do can prevent you from being killed or stranded and galactic civilization being swept away, rendering many of your choices pointless.At least according to the spoilers.

We can hope right? I see little point to lying to us about the endings, especially now. This may be the counter to the leaks. Who knows. We will find out in a week, that's for sure.
