Is it possible to finish the Sacred Urn quest and then go back later to fight the dragon?  Don't really have the optimal set up to take it on as is.

I believe yes, as you call the Dragon by sounding the horn and it's not related to the Sacred Urn quest at all.

Aye can go back anytime, Althought the dragon is beatable at level 10-12 with the right setup and preparation on nightmare, I imagine it'd be a cakewalk on the lower settings. Should be in that level range when you get there normally.
